Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour with Monte Adventurer. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Service

Monte Adventurer provides private guided tours in Montenegro, operated by Nemanja Radunović, a licensed local guide based in Kotor. Tours are private and tailored to the specific group - we do not operate group or shared tours.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Nemanja via email or WhatsApp. Submitting the contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

3. Pricing and Payment

Tour prices are quoted per group, not per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Payment terms (deposit, balance, accepted methods) will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation by the Guest

If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please notify us as early as possible via email or WhatsApp. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% of the tour price may be retained.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.

5. Cancellation by Monte Adventurer

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Weather and Conditions

Montenegro's weather can change rapidly, particularly in mountainous areas. Tours may proceed in light rain. We will inform you promptly if conditions make a tour unsafe or significantly impractical. We are not liable for disruptions caused by weather, natural events or third-party closures.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Arriving at the agreed pickup location on time.
  • Informing us of any medical conditions, disabilities or dietary requirements relevant to the tour.
  • Ensuring all members of the group hold valid travel documents where required.
  • Behaving respectfully towards local customs, natural environments and other people encountered on the tour.

8. Limitation of Liability

Monte Adventurer carries public liability insurance appropriate for guided tour activities. However, guests participate in tours at their own risk. We are not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from: personal accidents, theft, illness, acts of nature, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling to Montenegro.

9. Photography and Content

We may take photographs during tours for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the tour. Equally, you are welcome to photograph and share your experience - we appreciate tags and reviews.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking confirmation applies to your tour.
